- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Repeated request from my specialist and insurance( for pre-certification for procedure) for my medical file. They never sent it, yet they referred me to the specialist. The office personal would not return my calls either. If they won't communicate with other doctors and insurance, I should have known they would not return my calls ( I only left 2 messages. 1 on Monday, 1 on Thursday afternoon) The best doctor I seen there left couple years ago, maybe that was a sign for me to move on.
