  Very underwhelmed. Went for my initial appointment and was supposed to see the neurosurgeon. After walking in and asking the receptionist if he was on time, she assured me he was. Fast forward an hour and a half later still sitting in the waiting room. When I got back to the room I saw the physicians assistant who did the majority of the assessment. The neurosurgeon popped in for about five minutes when his cell phone conveniently started to ring and he had to step out to take a phone call at which time the appointment was ended. They ordered an MRI and even though they were advised that I was having serious medical issues with being able to drive my car, being in and out of the emergency room, and almost passing out, he still refused to call me on the phone to discuss the results. I guess they figured if you're not physically there they can't bill the insurance an exorbitant amount of money for an office visit. When I showed up for my follow up appointment I asked again if he was on time and explained it to the receptionist that I could not wait for hours to be seen for a five minute discussion. When she called to the back, the medical assistant told her to let me know they would get to me as soon as they could. By the look of the waiting room, it would've been a minimum of an hour and a half to two hours before being seen. I advised his staff that that was unacceptable and all I got in return was that this was a doctors office and that's typical-and that no matter where I went, I would have to wait. I already explained to them that I work in healthcare and this is not standard procedure. My time is just as valuable as the physicians time. At that point I decided to leave and seek out another doctor that has better people skills and is more concerned about the patient then the money. Would not recommend this facility again.
