- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Last month I called to make an appointment ..the lady answering the phone was rude. It's your job to have great customer skills while dealing with the public. Also after taking my pet to get groomed and nails clipped...they forgot to clip nails. Called back spoke with someone who said if I was not satisfied to bring him back in a day or 2. Satisfied? Isn't that part of the bath ? I've been coming to Eastside for some time now. I've always had a great experience there until the last couple of visits.
