  Older business located in busy downtown Spartanburg in strip mall with very limited parking. It's hard getting in & out of due to traffic, especially at lunch time b/c Ford's is next door to a small restaurant. They sell most any medical supplies. Some of which can be purchased in store, if not they can order items for you if prescribed by your doctor. Found the order process frustrating as medical items don't always arrive in a timely fashion to be picked up. Employees don't really display a caring attitude either. They're not rude, just not very personable.

  Where do I start, my wheelchair was promise in 2 days, but when we arrived without anyone calling us..we were told it would be we ordered and and sure enough a week later it was there. She never has all my cathers, once she gave me a 10 for a 6.... yeah. The other day I told them I was coming and to have my cats ready, they owe me 120 or more, I got 1 box of 30. I'm having medicaid look into it. Weird right, they told me like a normal pharmacy no problem they would get my cathers changed from the Dr's office, one the ok is given to the pharmacy it's easy. But now they want a wheelchair bound, with a blind husband to call and get it set up. I'm switching to Chesnee Pharmacy.
