- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪One guy was not knowledgeable about the animals and could not answer most questions I asked. Or told me wrong things about the hamsters I bought .Very uneducated workers. Cashier seemed rude and always have a hard time trying to find help to get someone to get an animal out of the cage for me and they never have hermit crabs in stock. Management needs to work on educating their employees a whole lot on how to treat customers with courtesy.
